It’s for families who want to understand what their body is doing before its time for baby to come. It’s mindfulness!! Its to help you bond with your baby even before you meet them\, and it’s to help your birthing companion know how to support you during your pregnancy\, while in labor\, and once your baby is born. Yup…it’s a class for 2!!\nWhile HypnoBirthing helps you realize how magical your body is\, what it’s NOT is telling you is that you can’t and/or shouldn’t have interventions if you feel that you need them. Your body\, your birth!! We talk about how the word’s you speak and the phrases you use can have a negative impact on your labor\, and offer up different ways to speak into the life and positive birthing experience that you desire!! \nOne of my favorite parts of teaching HypnoBirthing is watching the parents confidence grow…kind of like an “ah-ha” moment.
