Whether you’re preparing for birth or seeking support for mental health and wellness during pregnancy, our team is here to listen, guide, and provide the tools and resources you need to feel confident, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
Our Maternal and Mental Health Support Program, offered in partnership with New Legacy Family Services, provides Henrico families with compassionate guidance and resources during pregnancy. Families can access doula support, childbirth education, and connections to mental health services—all designed to empower parents, promote wellness, and ensure healthy beginnings for babies.
